If you have paid for your VPN Service using your credit or debit card through stripe and you pay monthly, there is nothing else you need to do. The same applies for yearly payments. Payment will automatically be taken a month/year after you signed up for the service. If you wish to cancel simply login to your account, and request cancellation. No more payments will then be taken.
If you have paid for your VPN Service using BitCoin, and you pay monthly, please wait until you receive your next invoice which is sent out 7 days before your next payment is due. You then have 7 days to pay for your next months service. If you no longer wish to use the service you can simply login to your account, and request cancellation.
